1. Eligibility and Verification
• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
• You must provide government-issued identification and any other verification information we request.
• You must maintain accurate and current information in your Creator account.
2. Content Obligations
• You are solely responsible for all content you upload.
• You represent and warrant that:
◦ All participants in your content are at least 18 years old and have given informed, written consent.
◦ You will comply with 18 U.S.C. §2257 recordkeeping requirements and maintain proper records.
◦ You have obtained all necessary rights and permissions to use and distribute your content.
• You agree not to upload content that includes:

6. Suspension and Removal of Content

• Repeated or severe violations may result in account termination and forfeiture of unpaid earnings.

8. Termination of Creator Accounts

• You are an independent contractor, not an employee or agent of ClubSelfies.
• You are fully responsible for your content, actions, and compliance with law.
• ClubSelfies has the right to enforce these rules to protect the integrity of the Platform.
Fan Addendum – Terms for Subscribers and Patrons
This Fan Addendum supplements the ClubSelfies Terms of Service and applies specifically to users who subscribe to Creators, purchase content, or otherwise support performers on the Platform (“Fans”). By registering as a Fan, you agree to the following additional terms:
1. Eligibility
• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
• You must maintain accurate and current information in your Fan account.
• You may be required to provide a valid payment method for transactions.
2. Account and Access
• You may use your account to subscribe to Creators, purchase content, and send tips.
• You must not share your account credentials with others.
• You may not circumvent access controls (for example, accessing paid content without paying).
3. Payments
• All transactions are processed through our approved payment providers.
• You agree to pay all fees, tips, and subscriptions you commit to.
• Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Chargebacks or fraudulent disputes may result in account suspension.
4. Prohibited Conduct for Fans
Fans must not:
• Attempt to redistribute, copy, or publicly display a Creator’s content.
• Attempt to record, download, or screen capture content without permission.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse Creators, staff, or other users.
• Request or pressure Creators to engage in illegal or non-consensual acts.

7. Suspension and Termination
• We may suspend or terminate your Fan account if you:

8. Acknowledgment
By registering as a Fan, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are responsible for maintaining lawful conduct when interacting with Creators.
• ClubSelfies reserves the right to enforce these rules to protect the integrity of the Platform.
Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Disclaimer
ClubSelfies ("we," "our," or "us") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), Title 17, United States Code, Section 512, we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using our platform if such claims are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent as described below.
